CONSULTING FOR THE
EMBRACING DISRUPTION
CAPACITY COHORT PROGRAM
I had the pleasure of consulting for The Friends of the Rosamond Gifford Zoo during the "Embracing Disruption" Capacity Cohort Program, sponsored by The Gifford Foundation and the Nonprofit Lifecycles Institute.
During this program, I worked closely with The Friends of the Rosamond Gifford Zoo in Syracuse, New York. Their enthusiasm and dedication were palpable from the start, leading to remarkable progress in their Nonprofit Lifecycles self-assessment process and capacity improvement plan development. Witnessing their "lightbulb moments" and collaborative problem-solving was truly rewarding. Overall, the Embracing Disruption Capacity Cohort Program exemplified the power of reflection, openness, collaboration and dedication in driving positive change. It was an honor to work with the Zoo, and their achievements serve as a testament to their commitment to growth and empowerment.
Please watch this video to hear what the Zoo thought of this program and how much they accomplished along the way. And, if you are ever in Syracuse, New York go see the magic of the Rosamond Gifford Zoo for yourselves... It is worth the trip, I assure you!
